Suggestions for the card layout in Isha Volunteers Portal page

Namaskaram,

Is the current layout and design of the Isha Volunteers Portal Main Page (https://preprod-online.sadhguru.org/volunteer-portal) effective in terms of showing and accessing the various components of the portal?

Does anyone have any better ideas / suggestions to design it? 

Please share pointed feedbacks or a wireframe as answers to this post.
